I am a Lecturer at Victoria University of Wellington in the School of Mathematics and Statistics (see also my institutional webpage). I am supported by a Marsden Fast-Start grant, administered by the Royal Society Te Apārangi.

Previously, I held the following post-doctoral positions: Prior to this, I completed a Ph.D. in Mathematics at University of Canterbury, under the supervision of Charles Semple.

My main research interests are in matroid theory, graph theory, and algorithms. In particular, I am interested in structure theory, connectivity, minor-closed classes, graph colouring, width parameters, and parameterized complexity.
